Our Philosophy

Care measured in attention, not square footage.

Large communities look after dozens at a time. Serenity House is built around six. That single choice changes everything — not just the care, but the feeling. The team here learns how you take your coffee, who you like to call on Sundays, and what makes you light up. That kind of attention isn’t something you can scale. It only happens in a home this small.

Why Serenity House

What home feels like here.

A private bedroom in cream and sage — framed landscape art, a lit table lamp, and garden windows beside the bed
Private

Your own room

Four private rooms — one with its own bath — and a two-bed companion suite, each with space for the furniture, photographs, and routines that make it unmistakably theirs. See the residence.

Dining

A chef’s table

A professional chef visits once or twice a week — sometimes a waffle breakfast, sometimes a special dinner the whole family is invited to. The kitchen stays stocked for everything in between. Explore dining.

Care

Known by name

A care team devoted to just six residents will offer unhurried, attentive support — the kind only a true home allows. Learn about care.

The Home

Designed to feel like family, not a facility.

Sunlit common rooms, a warm kitchen at the center, a garden that invites you outside — and Swan Lake steps from the door. Every detail of this home is being chosen for one reason: to make the people who live here feel genuinely at home.

From the Founder

“We are building Serenity House around one belief — that truly being cared for begins with truly being known. In a home of six, that’s not a promise. It’s just the way it works.
